Please try the following:

• Click the Refresh button over and over again, even when you know that won't help anything.
  
• Perhaps you've typed the URL wrong. But then again, you probably can't type anyway. As a nation dependent on spellcheckers, we wouldn't know a shift key from a hole in the ground, would we?
  
• To check your idiocy tolerance settings, click the Intelligence menu, and then click Idiocy Buffer.
  On the drooling fangirl tab, click tranquilizer. The settings should match those provided by random inept government officials.
• If you've enabled it, random stealthy ninjas will examine your body and automatically discover brain cells you had no idea you had.
  If you would like to try and find them them yourself,
  click Detect Brain Cells.
• Some pages require more than just intelligence to understand them. Click the Personality menu and then click Sense of Humor to install the required components.
• If you're looking for porn, please hang up and dial again. A mob of angry pigeons will be arriving shortly to your location to peck your eyes out.
